Our Story

Velour Haus was born from a moment we know every couple understands — the desire to give your guests something real. Something they can hold, take home, and return to years from now with a smile.

When we celebrated our own wedding, we wanted every detail to feel intentional. The flowers, the lighting, the music — and yes, the memories captured in print. It was that experience that sparked something in us. A belief that a photo booth, done right, could be one of the most meaningful parts of a celebration.

So we built Velour Haus around that belief.

For events with 250+ guests, we require a 4-hour minimum to ensure a smooth, fun experience.

Need more than 4 hours? Additional time is $150/hour.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 months before your event, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). Dates fill quickly!


Is setup time included in my package hours?

Setup and breakdown are always complimentary and happen outside of your booked hours. Your full package time is guest-facing booth time.


Do you travel outside of Rockford?

Yes! We serve the greater Rockford area and surrounding regions. Travel fees may apply for events beyond a certain distance — ask us for details


Can I customize the photo template?

Absolutely. Every package includes a custom branded template designed to match your wedding aesthetic — we'll work with you on the details before your event
